Tracy Bennet & Midland Shoe

In 1993 Basalt, CO was just coming into its own as a valley retail stop on the old Midland RR route; and retail is exactly what Tracy brought to the table, so she opened March 1993. This was her second baby in four months. She brought baby Taylor into the world December, 1992. "Wow, was I ignorant on how much time both would take. Taylor literally grew up in my shoe store as I took her to work with me. As I look back I don’t know how I did it!" WAY TO GO, Tracy!!
